Poster Presentations at the Reception

Can you help to create an atmosphere of friendly discussion about science during the reception, by bringing your best work as a poster? This is an ideal opportunity to appeal your work in front of both prominent neuroscientists and young talented students / postdocs! Application is easy. No need for preparing additional posters.
Please note this year's reception is wallet friendly; we look forward to your active participation.

Eligibility

Those who submitted abstracts for Neuroscience2015 regular presentations.

How to apply

Advance application is necessary for Poster Presentations at the Reception. If you wish to present at the reception, choose “Attend” for the reception on the registration page, then apply for Poster Presentations at the Reception on the abstract submission page.

Application Deadline

Deadline: Friday, February 19, 2015. *Closed

Posters

You can display the same poster that you use at the regular poster presentation.
For those who submitted an abstract for regular presentations and were accepted for oral presentations, please prepare a poster for the Poster Presentations at the Reception by following the poster guidelines.

Acceptance/Non-Acceptance

If we receive more applications than we can accept, the Program Committee will make selection during abstracts reviewing. Notifications of acceptance will be sent around the middle of April. Please kindly understand that the reception fee will not be refunded even if your application has not been accepted.
